Voice over IP or Voice Over Internet Protocol more commonly known as VoIP Service brings to the user low cost telephony service with rates that the traditional Telephone companies cannot compete with to include the low cost of what some companies call premium services.

We at AEC offer two types of VoIP Service that we call VoIP Line and the other VoIP Phonex. Both offer exceptional value with feature rich VoIP Service, but they are uniquely distinguished with their calling plans and the requirements of the individual systems. As with most VoIP applications and VoIP Services, our VoIP systems require broadband Internet Access and/or a minimum of 176 kbps connection for both upstream and downstream for the service to work as it should with clear calls and the absence of breaking up conversation.

When choosing a VoIP Service you should be thinking about the VoIP Service Plan is the places you will be calling and the phone number(s) you choose for incoming calls to be where you want calls coming from. Your physical location is not really relative to these choices since the service works from anywhere the above mentioned broadband connection exists.
